• What do your book conditions mean?

Like new: The book is in excellent condition with minimal signs of use. Pages are clean and binding is tight.

Gently used: The book shows light wear from reading. May have minor creases or slight shelf wear, but pages are clean and intact. There is also the possibility it was a former Iibrary book.

Well loved: The book has been read and enjoyed or it is a former library book! May show more visible wear such as creases, markings, or worn covers, but remains fully readable.

Don’t be shy to reach out in you’re interested in a picture of the book before purchasing!

• How can I donate books?

Contact us at theteam@jacynpress.com!  We are so appreciative of donations and will work with on coordinating the pickup.  Keep a look out of Jacyn’s donation bins in New England in the new year. 

• Will I get a receipt for my monetary donation?

Absolutely!  We are a charity and we will email you a receipt.

• What is your return policy?

If you're not satisfied with your from the Jacyn Collection purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.  Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns on our books that have been re-lifed.

• Do you offer discounts for multiple books?

Yes! When you buy 3 books, you automatically get your 4th book (lowest priced) free at checkout.  It typically costs around $5 to ship a book in the US, but it also costs around $5 to ship a handful, so we encourage you to load up for the best rates. 

• Are these books new or used?

Books from the Jacyn Collection are new.  All of our re-lifed books are quality secondhand books. Each listing shows the condition so you know exactly what to expect.

• How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
