Eat, Pray, Love is a memoir by Elizabeth Gilbert about her year-long journey of self-discovery through Italy, India, and Indonesia following a difficult divorce. She travels to Italy to experience the pleasure of food and life (\(Eat\)), then to an ashram in India for spiritual devotion (\(Pray\)), and finally to Indonesia to find a balance between worldly enjoyment and divine transcendence (\(Love\)).
