An Abundance of Katherines is a 2006 young adult novel by John Green about a former child prodigy named Colin Singleton who goes on a road trip with his best friend to a small town after being dumped for the 19th time by a girl named Katherine. The book won the Michael L. Printz Award Honor Book in 2007 and was a finalist for the Los Angeles Times Book Prize. It was also named a Horn Book Fanfare Best Book of the Year.
